Service Description

On this course you can choose your own project in the 'stake and strand' tradition of basket making. There are three main branches of stake and strand basketry, round work, oval work and square work. Your project could be for example a shopping basket, a laundry basket, a log basket or multiple smaller projects. Beginners normally start with a round basket, but not necessarily! For ideas you can look at my gallery page or at my basketry collection on the day.
